108 pounds down in 8 months. Brittany was 12 years old when she realized she had a weight problem. She was always the biggest sibling and began dieting right then! She was on a roller coaster of losing and gaining weight. She tried the Atkins diet and it just didn't work long term for her. (yo-yo dieting never works... trust me). She played a lot of sports as a kid and that helped with some weight loss but at soon as sports ended, so did her physical activity and the weight came back. In today's podcast she shares how she was able to lose 108 pounds and keep it off! She’s more confident now than she ever was before! She's excited to go out and show off all her hard work.
